Concepcion Design is a web and software consultancy based in State College, PA, specializing in complex, custom web applications.

In the 1990s, Bien discovered his passion for the web as a high school student, winning first place in an international web design competition and going on to study film and video production at Penn State before launching his career in digital media. Today, with nearly three decades of experience in web design and custom application development, he serves as Creative Director at Concepcion Design, driving innovation at the intersection of design, usability, and storytelling through visual media.
